Greece is among the potential buyers of US F-35 fighters. This is the result of statements by Vice Admiral Matthias Winter, Head of the Pentagon Office for the F-35.
“Greece, Singapore, Romania, Spain, and Poland are included in future potential buyers,” the vice-chief said, according to Reuters.
Finland, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates have also shown interest in the F-35.
It is worth mentioning that the recent Pentagon agreement with Lockheed Martin, which includes a discount of 8.8% on the previously prevailing market price, has rekindled interest. It is anticipated that potential buyers of the F-35 will grow.
