Yemen rebels strike Saudi airbase with drones

The drone units of the Yemeni Army and Ansarullah Popular Forces launched a full-scale attack at King Khaled Air Base in the Southwestern Saudi city of Khamis Mushait where hangers of the Saudi warplanes have been hit with precision.

Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, said that Yemen’s Qasif-K2 drones bombarded warplanes’ hangers and other military objectives at the airbase with precision munitions.

Saree underlined that the attack was in response to Saudi “brutalities against the people of Yemen”, reiterating that the attacks will go on till the Saudi-posed anti-Yemen siege is lifted.
